2016 started of quite great but the second half totally played me haha.
I experienced things I’ve never experienced before and met the most amazing people that I hope will stay in my life forever. Also, things that I would never think would happen happened. It was very tough (#dramatic) but now that I’m away from the situation, I can see the glass full and be thankful for everything.
I had to keep my mind busy, that led me to do the things that I enjoy a lot but was always procrastinating and also do stuff that I never thought I would ever do. I read so many great books and discovered new authors, I continued my passion for photography with a little twist, I started to shoot on film which was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I’ve always been into creative film-making, thanks to Will Darbyshire, I started to film again after 4,5 years. I started to write, which was a good decision, it helped me organise my thoughts better and not go crazy overthinking everything. I learnt the importance of philosophy and that to learn the truth behind everything, you have to question.
The most important thing 2016 taught me is not to put time and effort in people who don’t do the same for you because at the end of the day, they’re not really worth it.
Thank you Nadin, Lori, Tais, Yeraz, Sarin, Lara for not blocking me on whatsapp and being immune to my drunk self and inappropriate jokes, you all taught me a lot and I love you to the moon and back. Thank you people from my term who accepted me into their friend group even though I was cold to you. You can’t imagine how helpful you’ve been. And thank you, for deep down making me feel less than a whole and making me find myself the hard way, I really appreciate it.
Have an amazing 2017
